Seasoned & Valuable Thursday
Here's a message to my retired sisters: you are not done — you are seasoned. Your pension is a foundation, not a finish line, and the knowledge you carry took decades to build.
Employers, small businesses, and other women need exactly what you know. And I want to add those of you who are still working this is for you also. You have knowledgable skills.
I want all of us to put in our years of service because this community builds WITH you, not around you.
