Today is the first day of May and I start my calendar process. Reading Arlan's book and working with her Loveable app. I've set aside 2 hours to do this then to continue on with my other projects. I've split my days in half. The mornings are for work and 12pm on is just for me. Have an amazing week!👍

I was on HeyGen last night trying to figure out how to create my clone, my voice and get a script going to have my clone talk for me. I totally got lost and decided to come back to it next week. I worked with Loveable on a powerpoint presentation I want to do on Zoom. The images were great but I don't think I gave it a good enough prompt. I'll try it again. I finally tried Zoom AI note taking. That worked out very well. And the notes are saved to docs. I opened up another Instagram account specifically for The Wealth Architect Global so that my personal Instagram account doesn't get confusing. I've worked with ChatGPT for the week and created four really good presentations to promote on my Youtube channel and I'll monitor them to see how they do in the next two weeks. Being in the Youtube Studio and learning about the analytics is helping me figure out what is working with the viewing audience and how long they stay on each video. Starting today I'll make one phone call a day just catching up with people. Arlan, in her book, suggests you start building an audience first before an offer. But, I really haven't reached out to many of my former co-workers, travelers, pastors, friends for some time. I actually just want to touch bases with them. If they ask what I've been up to then I'l talk about my business. It's Wednesday my "Me Day" so I'm off to enjoy the Florida sun and do something different. 😀

This morning I was on a zoom call and I was reminded that each month this particular group suggests that you write out on your calendar what one project you will be working on for the month. Each day you write what you've done and you check off the box. By the end of the month whatever project you were working on should be completed. And I got the idea that for the month of May I will be working on reading Arlan's book and working in Arlan's Loveable app. This will keep me from jumping from one thing to another and not completing anything. Now, I have a project, a goal, a purpose and I'm focused. 😀👍 What is your system to getting your project or projects done?
