Grace is not permission to stay the same. It's power to become different. Paul addressed this directly—"Shall we go on sinning so grace may increase? By no means!" (Romans 6:1-2). Grace covers your past. It doesn't fund your future sin. On this Saturday I want you all to meditate on forgiveness. Pour out your thanksgiving to him for the gift of repentance, but also pray and forgive all of those who have sinned against you, or ask God for the strength to do so. (Matthew 6:14-15) "For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." Christ forgave you, so why should you withhold your mercy for others? Reference the Parable of the Unforgiving Servant in Matthew 18. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and remember to Stay prayed up!! AMEN!
