Anti-Blitz
Since Christmas Iโve been stressed. For me stress always comes with eating too much and the wrong stuff. And not exercising enough. So, yeh, a bad combo for weight. Iโve put on a lot (for me)โฆ I have two days before Iโm on leave for a week. Pretty much no tech for 7 days. Will just be touching base with my community. On return my focus is moving more, eating healthy (and early) to stop bad cravings.

although the two do not go together ๐ How do I learn more about wingman as its finally working?๐ฅณ And What the hell is anti-bliz? I get its about working on health, relationships etc... but what else does it entail? Is it do it as a two-some, three-some even orgy ๐ as @Rositsa Aleksandrova suggested (love that btw๐) here Have I been in a cave whilst this is all going on!! Or in my own wee world in Bali searching for geese!!!!

Got rebooked twice, but still made my connection to Ushuaia with two hours to spare ๐ This has gotta be the most stressful travel Iโve encounteredโฆ I feel like the Universe is trying to test me, just not sure what forโฆ Has anyone else had a trip that tried to break them right before something epic? Baggage or no, I am not missing Antarctica! ๐ง

one Little Debbie at a time... LOL, but for real I went to the grocery store after work, saw these Swiss Rolls, paused, & was like, "hmmm, Goose said to start expressing ur free-will," & in my cart they went! My mom never bought us "unhealthy" foods, so any time I had these it was at my friends' houses or at school. But today, I realized I'm a fucking adult with the free-will to buy myself a treat ๐ #WeddingBod #ClearlyNotFocusingOnHealth
