30 days ago, I set off on a journey to post every single day in my Skool community about going after the Skool โญ (becoming a top 1% Skool community, i.e., in the top 30 communities in your category). And last night around 9:08 PM CST.... it HAPPENED! ๐คฉ Seeing everyone rally and create over 16 THOUSAND activities in two days was one of the most heart-warming and exciting experiences in my 10+ years as an entrepreneur. I'll be riding this high for quite some time! Here's how we did it... 1. We launched a 30-day challenge called "Scattered to Focused", inviting our members to set a goal for the month and post their progress towards that goal every day. I wrote about it in this Goosify post about how I became a top 100 Skool community if you wanna learn more. 2. I spent a ton of time posting here on Goosify and interacting with everyone. I joined the weekly Super Star Calls. I networked like crazy, made connections, and gave a lot of fucks about people. 3. I also posted in Skoolers and some other communities that I'm in, but they were lower priority than my community and Goosify (because we're the best). 4. I tagged people in posts of appreciation. I got on connection calls with my members and got to know them on a personal level. I offered some free coaching and advice to help them grow and show them I care. I connected my members with each other so they'd have a buddy (or three). 5. For the final week, I launched a 7-day leaderboard challenge with some really good prizes (Almost $2,000 worth of coaching). Gamification FTW! 6. With three days, things looked bleak. In the top 50, progress slowed. Then @Rex Loyer stepped in and rallied everyone behind the cause. He personally DM'd over 160 people in our group in a re-engagement campaign. And it worked! We pulled nearly 40 people back into active member status. 7. We reached position 31 yesterday. And so we went BALLS TO THE WALL! (Just like the Goosify theme song suggests) Nearly 50 people came to our aid to create posts, comments, and like all the things. In the last two days, we've had over 16,000 activities in our group(!!!!), solidifying us in the top 30 at spot #24!
