I’m Coach Dash.

I’m a recovery-minded man who rebuilt my life after addiction by leaning on disciplined habits, honest peers, and accountability. I founded Growth Gang because I kept seeing men leave treatment or meetings with good intentions but no practical structure or consistent brotherhood to sustain change. I wanted a straightforward, principle‑driven container where men could practice integrity, build resilience, and get real perspective without pressure or judgment.

What started as a small weekly circle is now a framework of peer-led chapters, a short Man2Man intro meeting, and a creed that guides our work: no man left behind. I’m proud of the leaders who’ve stepped up, the safe spaces we’ve created, and the small, steady changes members are making in their lives.
