Star chasing?

I'm hoping this is okay to post here, because this seems like a space where I might be able to get some good advice on this..😅

I have had quite a few people join my group for advice and help in the last days because I got the star in 8 days.

They then usually leave again because my group is not about star chasing, it's about real, genuine connections and fun.

I wouldn't mind helping people out or answering questions, but it doesn't really fit the tone of the group I have created. So I'm a bit split on what to do. I'm hoping to get some feedback or thoughts on the situation.

Right now, I write everyone before they join to make sure their expectations match the group's purpose.

But I have been considering creating a second group, for the people who want advice and help. Because then I have a space for the people who are interested in that.

The problem is just that this is now my second week here, and I don't know if it's a good idea to start managing two very different groups at this point.

I'm open to all input and feedback I can get, thank you in advance!
