Has anyone ever done the rule of 100 for exercises?
I done this for squats and leg raises
100 squats everyday for 30 days
100 leg raises every day for about 100 days (imperfectly)
100 everyday, with a group that genuinely wants to improve and you *will* see improvements πŸ‘
Would anyone be down? I’d recommend squats
