What was your biggest challenge as a business owner, and what did you learn from it?

My biggest challenge was actually experiencing the risk of over-reliance on a single revenue stream—specifically, one core course offering. This concentration made the business extremely vulnerable.

Overcoming that challenge helped me realise the absolute necessity of strategic diversification. I learned that true business resilience comes from proactively expanding operations into new areas to spread risk and create multiple, stable income sources, rather than relying on just one product.
