Hey Peeps!

Helloooww from Asheville NC! My name is Carol and I'm a kitchen witch specializing in Ayurvedic Cooking 👩‍🍳. I'm partnering with a dear yoga friend to create our Skool community. Our current community is spread out across the US and we're looking for skool to help us bring them together between in person events and stay actively connected. We also want to connect with new members to share our decades of experience. Our biggest challenge is feeling like old dogs learning the tricks in a new platform.

My favorite color is Red and the Pokemon generation came after my time...so I'll share my favorite Care Bear instead....Tenderheart Bear ❤️❤️❤️❤️.
