How We Practice Together
Welcome to Good Soul Dojo. We gather around a question: How might we live well? This is a place to practice Human Authorship through Self-Trust and Conscious Choice. We learn by living, together and individually. Our community rests on six principles. 1. Return the Pen Your life remains yours to author. Offer questions, perspectives, and experiences without assuming authority over another person's choices. Avoid unsolicited advice, rescuing, and diagnosis. 2. Practice by Choice Participation is voluntary. You may pass on an exercise, decline to disclose, disagree, adapt a practice, or step away. Belonging is not earned through performance or vulnerability. 3. Respect Privacy & Consent Share your own experiences responsibly. Do not record, screenshot, publish, or redistribute another member's contributions without explicit permission. Our current Skool community is public, and even private spaces cannot guarantee confidentiality. Share accordingly. 4. Be Honest, Curious & Kind We welcome thoughtful disagreement, uncertainty, and constructive challenge. Kindness does not require agreement or compulsory positivity. Critique ideas without attacking people. 5. Honor Practice Boundaries Good Soul Dojo is a space for inquiry, reflection, and lived Practice—not therapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or spiritual direction. We respect the boundaries of peer support and professional expertise. 6. Contribute, Don't Exploit No spam, unwanted solicitation, pressure to engage, or recruitment through personal disclosures. Respect others' time, attention, and autonomy. Our Practice Notice → Choose → Act → Encounter Reality → Reflect / Learn → Choose again. You don't need to have answers. You don't need to disclose your private life. You don't need to agree with everyone. Come willing to inquire, practice when useful, and allow experience to teach. The Dojo succeeds in life, not merely inside the Dojo. ——— Privacy & Consent Good Soul Dojo is a private Skool community. Only members can access community discussions, but membership does not guarantee confidentiality.

Welcome to Good Soul Dojo
Welcome to Good Soul Dojo A place to practice living well. Welcome to Good Soul Dojo, the Practice home of GOOD SOUL. We begin with an open question: How might we live well? Not because there is one answer for everyone, or because any of us has life figured out. But because we can participate more consciously in what happens next. At the heart of GOOD SOUL is Human Authorship: Self-Trust + Conscious Choice. Self-Trust doesn't mean we're always right. Conscious Choice doesn't mean we control everything. It means learning to participate in our lives with greater awareness, responsibility, and openness to what reality teaches us. That's what we practice here. How the Dojo works Our shared rhythm is simple: Notice → Choose → Act → Encounter Reality → Reflect / Learn → Choose again. We gather to explore meaningful questions, experiment with Practice, learn from experience, and discover what proves useful in everyday life. Sometimes that means changing something. Sometimes it means repairing, recommitting, reconsidering, accepting, or carrying something forward more consciously. The Dojo isn't here to tell you what your life should become. It's here to support your capacity to participate in it. Where to begin 1. Read our community guidelines. Find the pinned post How We Practice Together for our principles of consent, respect, privacy, and personal agency. 2. Explore the conversations. Visit Questions & Exchange. Read, reflect, ask a question, or offer a perspective when you have something to contribute. 3. Join a Practice when you're ready. Upcoming gatherings will appear in the Calendar. Participating is always a choice. 4. Bring learning back into life. Practice & Reflection is where we can voluntarily share what we noticed, tried, encountered, or learned. You never need to reveal private experiences to belong here. One thing to remember You don't need to arrive with answers. You don't need to become someone else to be worthy of participating. And you don't need to give anyone here authority over your life.
