Stems / pads saved on USB and phone
Printed or screenshot setlist + keys + arrangements
Secondary labtop setup for emergency playback
Second power strip / extension cord nearby
Duplicate Ableton session saved in a separate backup folder
Prep Habits :
Review set the night before
Test keyboard, interface, Ableton routing & click/cues
Charge laptops + pedals + wireless gear before leaving home
Communication(call time & final flow with team)
