Working on a CRM
I am specifically working on a CRM that would provide marketing leads, data, but also have the ability to learn how to supplement and handle claims while working and handling claims. What is the most important aspects to a CRM do you look for?

Quick Favor
I've been building a tool for public adjusters and supplementers — basically a way to pull the exact building code citation you need to justify a line item on a claim, by state and trade, instead of hunting for it yourself. Sourced and verified, not just a guess. Before I put any more time into it, I want to make sure it's actually useful to people doing the work, not just something that sounded good to me. Would you have 10-15 minutes this week for a quick call? I'd rather show you the working version and ask a few questions than describe it over email. Specifically I want your read on: - Would this save you real time on a typical claim, or is code justification not actually a bottleneck for you? - Which states and trades come up most in your caseload? (I've gone deep on a handful so far and want to make sure I'm not researching the wrong ones) - What would you actually pay for this monthly, if anything? No pitch, just trying to get this right before I build further. Let me know what time works. Tell me what you think...
