Golden Drop: This Week’s Work (Week 3)
This week is about capacity. You are allowed to stop carrying things that no longer belong to you. Prompt: What is currently draining you the most in your life, business, or mindset, and why are you still holding onto it? Task: Choose one thing this week to pause, release, simplify, or say no to. It does not have to be dramatic. Small shifts still matter. Reminder: Protecting your peace is productive too. Optional share: What is one thing you are giving yourself permission to let go of?

This Week’s Work (Week 2)
This week is about how you show up. Not the version of you that feels safe. The version of you that feels true. Prompt: Where are you shrinking, filtering, or holding back your voice right now in your brand or your life? Task: Write out what you would say if you weren’t trying to be liked, approved, or understood. Do not edit it. Do not soften it. Just let it be honest. You do not have to post it. This is for you. Reminder: Your voice does not need permission. It needs honesty. Optional share: One word that describes how it felt to be real with yourself this week.

Lesson 1 Is Live: Alignment Check-In Guide
Golden Girls, I added something for you in the classroom. The Alignment Check-In Guide is now live under Lesson 1. This is your starting point. Before we focus on building, I want you to take a moment to slow down and get honest about where you are right now, in life and in your brand. This is not something to rush through. Take your time with it. Be real with your answers. Skip what doesn’t land and sit with what does. After you complete it, come back and respond to this week’s prompt. If you feel comfortable, share one word or one realization that came up for you.

Coming Back to Yourself
Intro: We’re starting simple. Before anything else, we come back to you. Prompt: What feels out of alignment in your life or your brand right now? Task: Choose one thing that feels off. Adjust it this week. Nothing big, just one shift that feels more like you. Optional share: What did you realize needed to change?

Hey Golden Girls
First, I want to apologize. I haven’t been as consistent in this space as I intended to be, and that matters because this community deserves to feel guided, supported, and intentional. This is not just a group I wanted to create. This is a space I want to hold properly. So moving forward, we’re resetting. Each week, you will receive one intentional post with a prompt and a simple task designed to help you get clearer, more aligned, and more confident in your brand and in yourself. Nothing overwhelming. Nothing performative. Just real work that meets you where you are. You don’t have to have it all figured out to be here. You don’t have to show up perfectly. Just show up. We’re starting fresh this week.
