BIG COURT RULING JUST FORCED TRANSPARENCY ON HIDDEN GMOs IN PROCESSED FOOD
The 9th Circuit Court ruled in October 2025 that the USDA cannot exempt ultra-processed foods from bioengineered (GMO) labeling even when companies claim the modified DNA becomes “undetectable” after heavy processing.
This directly hits staples like Heinz Ketchup. It uses high-fructose corn syrup and corn syrup made from U.S. corn crops over 90% genetically modified. One 1.32-liter bottle contains 92 grams of added sugar.
That’s more than two full cans of Coca-Cola.
The footage shows exactly how it’s made from corn processing to the final bottle plus a real app scan exposing the additives, ultra-processed ingredients, and health grade compared to cleaner alternatives.
Big Food has hidden behind technical loopholes for years.
This ruling is a major step toward actual disclosure. Do you still buy the same ketchup?
Would you switch brands or check for bioengineered labels now?
