The Shrinking Circle
It's funny, but as I got better, my circle oddly got smaller. Sure, there were more people in my life, but who could I really count on when the chips were on the line?
Unfortunately, I came to learn the true essence of that lesson in the most profound ways. When the &*$@ really hit the fan, I came to know who my true friends were. Interestingly enough, they were also my closest confidantes. As it turns out, sometimes in life, it's "the fewer, the better'
Less opinions. Less noise. More clarity.
Lesson: Wisdom subtracts. Fools accumulate.
