Virtual Assistant needed
Hello,
I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help set up a SaaS platform and then stay on long-term supporting operations as we scale.
We are building a much-needed SaaS in a niche industry. We already have a strong marketing and sales strategy in place with a trained marketing team, so this role is focused on systems, execution, and optimization.
Scope
Phase 1 – Setup
- GoHighLevel (GHL) setup
- Automations, workflows, and pipelines
- Client onboarding templates
- Tool and process organization
Phase 2 – Ongoing Support
- Client onboarding & configuration
- Workflow maintenance and optimization
- QA, troubleshooting, and admin support
Required
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
- Automation & workflow building
- Strong English and organization
- Reliable, proactive, independent
- Willing to sign an NDA
