Welcome to your first lesson. WE ALL NEED OUR SHOULDERS MASSAGED! But rarely know how to give an effective one, and even if so them fingers get to wearing tf out after 5min at best. So instead of Netflix & Chill we gone shoulder massage & chill … and you can watch Netflix too after you get the hanf of it! In this session you won’t have to use your hands at all, just your forearms. It is easiest to do this at the couch or chair. No oil necessary just follow along.
