This is a faith-centered peer support community for healing trauma. I built it after my own healing journey— surviving childhood trauma, sharing my story, and finding people who'd lived something similar. This group grew out of AA principles and research on healing trauma through faith.
Together we discuss scripture paired with real trauma research, biweekly peer support circles, a resource library, book club, and a prayer wall to be honest without performing peace you don't feel yet.
This is peer support, not therapy — if you're in crisis, we'll always point you to real help first.
You don't have to carry it alone anymore.
You are not alone. You are with God. And God is not anonymous.
