I am definitely becoming a DAO-ist after a shaky start, back in 2020, in the early days of the wine club.
However, with the encouragement of Sergio at Red Notes, my local wine shop in São Martinho Do Porto - from where each weekly recommendation comes - my conversion is near complete!
This one - Fidalgo de Silgueiros Branco - was delicious last night (still loving the whites in Autumn) after a long day, alongside a delicious chicken dish made by 😍🍷🐔 Also of note: The word 'Fidalgo' is worth looking up from a cultural perspective.
