Start here: three free courses, then your path
Welcome to the studio. We teach creative people to use AI with a professional eye: light, frame, fabric, cut, colour. You bring the taste, and AI follows your decisions. Who it is for: fashion designers, photographers, stylists, costume designers and brands. No coding, and you can start without installing anything. Step 1. Read the three free courses, in this order. Anyone can open them, even without joining the group: - Start with AI: what AI is, how to talk to it, how to describe an image, how to stay safe and fair. - AI Tools: the tools creative people actually use, and how to build a small stack you can repeat. - Spot the Glitch: Check an AI Image: catch what a client would see before you post: hands, text, jewellery, garment logic, light. Step 2. Join the group once for 49 USD and you have everything else: 20 paid courses with 220+ lessons and 100+ files to download, plus every update and every new lesson added to them. It is one payment, not a subscription. Depending on your country, Skool may add tax at checkout. You can browse the lesson list of every paid course before you join. Pick your path. If you design clothes, prints or costumes: - Trend Forecasting with AI: Signal to Collection: tell a signal from a fad and turn evidence into a collection direction. - AI Fashion Sketch: from a design to a sketch, flats and a line-up. - Fashion Vector Toolkit: your own kit for drawing fashion. - Repeat & Print: Seamless Patterns for Fabric: a print that repeats and a file a print shop accepts. - How to make a Tech Pack with AI: a tech pack a factory can work from. - CIRCLE: Circular Fashion with AI: a client's wardrobe as data, a capsule and a lookbook with zero purchases. - AI Tools for Fashion: one jacket followed through every fashion tool. - Costume Design with AI: from script to workroom, for film, theatre, opera and dance.

Fashion news: face swaps, digital clones and the AI clause
Hi everyone, a piece of news from this week that is worth a few minutes of your time, especially if you shoot, cast or deliver AI images for clients. Reuters spoke with 15 model-agency directors and read more than a dozen confidential photo-shoot contracts from fashion and beauty brands. Some of the proposed terms: swapping a model's face onto another body, a digital replica the brand owns for a year with no extra pay, and using "reasonably unrecognizable" images of a model's body (no face, scars or tattoos) to train AI tools. The contracts were unsigned, and the brands replied differently: Diesel's parent OTB said its form was drafted for a specific campaign, Reale Actives said it works with real models, has not replicated any model with AI, and that the wording came from a partner production company it did not name, and Calvin Klein said that, like many others, it is testing and learning, guided by regulation and respect for models' rights. Still, agencies say they are flooded with AI requests. The reason is simple: AI e-commerce images promise production costs more than 90 percent lower than a shoot. Some retailers have already closed their photo studios. On the legal side, New York's Fashion Workers Act has required a model's explicit consent to create or alter a digital replica since June 2025. In the UK, the British Fashion Model Agents Association has an AI code of practice (consent first, the model owns the digital twin), but it is not binding, and there is no rule like it in Europe yet. What we take from it for our own work: - a real face needs written consent for that exact use, not "any future use" - read the AI clause before you sign, and before you send one to anyone else; watch for "including" and "not limited to" - check every generated face for resemblance to a real model before you publish - label AI images where a platform or the law asks for it That is also why the courses here that work with faces have a casting part: where the face comes from, who agreed, and what the licence covers.

New frames from the studio: colour, form and one honest expression
Six frames from our latest series: sculpted taffeta, velvet against organza, lavender tailoring and purple ruffles, shot on runways and on housing estates. None of them is luck. Each one starts from a written brief: the shot and the lens, the fabric and how it moves, where the light comes from, and one named micro-expression instead of "smiling". That is exactly what we practise in the fashion courses here: you describe the look like a photographer and a designer, and the image follows your decisions. Which one would you put on the cover of a lookbook? Tell us in the comments.

New course: AI Influencer Ads. Posters, products, reels
One face your audience recognises, a product she really holds, and posters that stop the scroll. AI Influencer Ads takes you from a casting sheet to a campaign: - Cast a virtual influencer with one consistent face - Colour that stops the scroll: bold complementary palettes and the 60/30/10 rule - Invent a product and keep its label true in every shot - Put the product in her hand, with the label still readable - Posters in five styles, from loud to premium - Absurd ideas and unusual camera angles - Carousels, Stories and a short video - Label it: ads, AI and honest disclosure - Make it premium, with type right on the image What makes it different: we show what breaks. A label that rewrote itself. A mole that moved to the other cheek. A product that drifted before the face did. You learn to spot it before you post. Ten short lessons, every step shown. 49 USD, one-time: buy once, and every update and new lesson is included. https://www.skool.com/gml-generative-media-lab-6907/classroom/19877b62 What would you want her to sell? New course: Costume Design with AI. From script to fitting
A costume is a decision about a person: who they are, what happened to them, how they move. Costume Design with AI walks you through the whole craft, from the first read of the script to the sheet you hand to the workroom: - Read a script like a costume designer and build the costume plot - Research real garments from museum collections, with sources you can trust - Write a costume for any era: the 1590s, 1885, 1976, today, science fiction, fantasy - Age a costume the way the story would, so it reads as work, not as a stain - Keep one face and one costume across every scene - See the costume in motion and test it in the film's set before anything is made - Change one detail, a hat or a colour, without redrawing the rest - Costumes for children on stage, on screen and for parties, with the safety rules - Present options to the director and hand clean documents to the cutter What makes it different: every image is checked like a real costume. Mourning crape that came out glossy. A reference that stole the lead's face. A colour option that quietly changed the cut. You learn to catch it at the fitting, not on set. Film, theatre, opera, dance, contemporary and children's costumes. 20 short lessons. Included in the one-time 49 USD entry to the group, together with every other paid course, every update and every new lesson. https://www.skool.com/gml-generative-media-lab-6907/classroom/6f276ec7 Who are you dressing next? Tell us the character in the comments, and we'll tell you where to start.
