One of the biggest things that changed my relationship with food wasn't counting calories.
It was learning to pay attention to my body.
The Hunger Scale is simply a way to notice:
👉 Am I actually hungry?
👉 Am I comfortably full?
👉 Or am I eating because food is there?
My personal sweet spot?
✅ Start eating around a 3 (hungry, but not HANGRY 😆)
✅ Stop around a 5.5 (content and satisfied)
Not stuffed.
Not miserable.
Not needing stretchy pants.
Just satisfied.
For the next few days, try this:
✔️ Before you eat: "Where am I on the scale?"
✔️ Halfway through: "How do I feel now?"
✔️ After you eat: "How does my body feel?"
That's it.
No grades. No perfection.Just awareness.
🧡 Awareness creates information.
And information creates freedom.
Have you ever used a Hunger Scale before?
