Peptide + GLP-1 access update (no panic โ just clarity ๐ค)
What this means for you:
- Expect more noise online and more disruption for sellers
- RUO peptide sites, are facing the unknown. Some may shut down and some are updating language, names, removing certain peptides, etc.
- I have not heard anything specific from Biolongevity Labs or Limitless Biotech, BUT will keep you posted. In the meantime they have an epic sale going on at BLL through end of the year, and my suggestion is to stock up, just in case. Powder vials (not reconstituted) are good for 2 years in the freezer. **This is not to create fear, just convenience. 40% off Peptides, plus 15% off in addition with my code, Jess15 https://go.biolongevitylabs.com/aff_c?offer_id=1&aff_id=1488 (code: Jess15)
- My plan (important): Because enforcement is increasing around non-prescription online sales, Iโm expanding access through a licensed provider + prescription model (Asher Med) using compliant compounding partners when appropriate. Launching next week. So clients can continue accessing GLP-1 options + a broader portfolio of peptides through a more compliant model. If you want to be first in line for the launch details, comment โCLARITYโ or DM me โAsherโ and Iโll send the steps + what to expect. Attaching peptides I will have available compliant, via prescription, shipped to 50 states. Will it be more expensive, yes - because its medically guided, but I will do my best to keep costs low.

Hereโs whatโs actually going on โ in plain English:
- This isnโt one single โban date.โ What weโre seeing is a gradual tightening: more enforcement, more import screening, and more pressure on sellers who market โresearch useโ products as if theyโre for human use.ย Theres also pressure on Compound Pharmacies...
- FDA is specifically calling out โRUOโ labeling used as a loophole.
FDA has warned research use companies selling unapproved GLP-1/GLP-1-like products that are labeled โfor researchโ or โnot for human consumptionโ when theyโre clearly being sold to consumers for human use. Which, many of us use.
- Theres fresh legislation:
A new bill โ the SAFE Drugs Act (H.R. 6509, introduced Dec 9, 2025) โ aims to further regulate compounding/outsourcing facilities.
This is the newest headline-maker. Itโs framed as a crackdown on mass-compounded copies of branded drugs (think GLP-1s) and tighter oversight of compounders. Why it matters to the peptide conversation: if access to compounded GLP-1s gets squeezed, some people assume that pushes more demand into โresearch-useโ channelsโthen they leap to โRUO peptides are getting banned.โ The bill itself is about compounding, not an RUO marketplace ban.
