📓 Daily Journal — Aaj ka Din
Aaj ka journal thoda delay ho gaya, aur iski wajah sab community members ko batana zaroori samajhti hoon. Kuch din se main post nahi kar pa rahi thi, kyunke Thursday ko mere ghar mehmaan aaye hue the, aur Friday ko hum sab nano ke ghar gaye. Is liye routine thoda disturb ho gaya tha.Lekin aaj phir se maine apna learning track resume kar liya.Aaj maine Sales Navigator ke functions explore kiye, aur samjha ke isko effective tarike se kaise use kiya jata hai. Saath hi LinkedIn par message karne ka best tariqa bhi seekha — kaise professional, short aur impactful messages likhtay hain.Overall, aaj ka din productive raha, aur mujhe achha lag raha hai ke main wapas apni routine par aa rahi hoon. InshaAllah kal bhi kuch naya seekhne ka plan hai.

First meal after 18hr fast
This is how I break my fast around 12pm. I don’t eat after 6pm, maybe have a no sugar energy drink or coconut water in between my eating and sleeping window because I sleep late. Fasting builds discipline and self-control like nothing else!!! share your daily progress and what you eat and how you eat it here… You can also ask questions or give tips and feedback!
