Overnight Oats (finally)
Hey , I finally remembered last night and it was soooo tasty I’ve even remembered to do again! lol
1/2 Cup Porridge Oats
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 scoops Refuel (Chocolate)
1 cup Almond Milk
Give it a good stir and chuck it in the fridge overnight..
High protein breakfast ready for the morning!
