Iβm really excited about consistently getting my 5-a-day in ππ₯π. As a makeup artist, I literally see the glow fruits and veggies bring to the skin β hydration, antioxidants, vitamins = brighter complexion. (Think of it as natural highlighter that works from the inside out π‘).
π One thing Iβm most looking forward to:
Actually getting 6β8 hours of sleep π΄. Because letβs be honest, no amount of concealer fixes βI binged Netflix till 2am.β When you sleep, your skin repairs, collagen builds, and your whole face just looksβ¦ less grumpy π

Doing my 20 minutes of movement every day. Whether itβs walking, yoga, dancing around my kitchen, or chasing my dogs when they nick my socks πΆπ§¦ β movement = circulation = glow. Even silly movement counts (and honestly, sillier = more fun = more likely Iβll keep going).
