Compassion for your body Guided Meditation
A new meditation has just been added to the classroom and is now available to listen.
This practice is called Compassion for Your Body — a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body in a more kind and supportive way. It’s especially helpful if you’ve been feeling disconnected, critical, or carrying tension.
Take a few minutes to slow down, listen in, and offer your body the care and understanding it deserves.
You can find it now inside the classroom.
