During class someone asked about bookkeeping and I think that I may have answered that question incorrectly because if your software integrates Quickbooks then that would be a part of your bookkeeping. So I was looking at it from the perspective that they would be handling the invoicing and the payments but if it integrates with Quickbooks then that would be apart of your bookkeeping for your business.

What I did not mention today when I showed you the Excel spreadsheet with the estimate profit for my client who needs the last 6 years filed, you will charge more for older years. It requires you to access software from older years and you also will need to research tax laws for that earlier year as well. So, it is ok to charge more for having to do the extra research for prior years. An example of this would be during the pandemic when they mailed out stimulus checks.
