Is business registration required in the state I live in?
Hello ... forgive me if you've answered this question already. I live in Washington, DC but I want to use the Delaware registered agent. Do I also have to register in DC as a foreign agent in order to be able to operate out of my home (until I eventually leave the USA)? If I register in Delaware, am I required to set up shop legally in DC where I live/reside & pay my mortgage in?
