Annual Report
Our registered agent sent us a reminder regarding the Annual Report earlier this month (due by May 1). Just curious if anyone has started/completed their report, or if you have the service that includes completion of the report. For this first year, I am going to complete it myself. I want to make sure I know what it entails.
