SST form/ Tax Exempt Resale Certificate

Need a favor from you guys!

While contacting my supplier ~ they are requesting

"Please return to me completed at your convenience with your Tax Exempt Resale Certificate & W-9."

I should filled in the SST form, am I geting the right form?

W-9, for non-US resident too ? did not hear about this form before.

(My e-commerce SMLLC is in WY, and the tex-jar leed me to this form)
