🌍 Hey GBG Family – I’m Dennis from "Unendlich Frei"

Super excited to be here!

I’m Dennis and still use my wife Svenja's account, originally from Germany – now helping freedom-driven entrepreneurs to exit high-tax countries by setting up a tax-free US LLC and creating a structure that actually fits their lifestyle.

With my wife Svenja, I run "Unendlich Frei" we’re all about designing a life that feels rich on every level, not just financially.

📍 Where I’m atI live in Europe, but I don’t feel "bound" to any one place. I'm currently working 100% remote with clients who want to break free from the system – and do it legally, smartly, and with soul.

⚙️ What I do / Who I helpI specialize in US LLC setups for non-resident solopreneurs – especially women with digital services (coaching, consulting, education, creative biz).Most of them are still stuck in a system that doesn’t serve them – and I help them shift that.

💡 My strengthI'm not the loudest guy in the room – but I'm deeply strategic and damn good at spotting the real problem behind the chaos. I love creating clarity where others feel overwhelmed.And I know how hard this journey can feel – I've been there.

In October I’ll travel to open Chase and BoA personal + business accounts in person

🇮🇩 Bonus Insight: Bali Setup with US LLC Integration

I’m currently building a strategic setup in cooperation with a local visa agency in Bali (Indonesia) to help entrepreneurs get a long-term stay permit (KITAS) – even without physically living on the island.

The structure uses a US LLC as a key component:

▶️ We report a yearly distribution of $60,000 as personal income,

▶️ Taxed at 8% flat under Indonesian rules (thanks to Omnibus Law),

▶️ This gives you an Indonesian tax ID (NPWP) and official proof of income – which is a game changer for

Banking / KYC checks
Rental or visa applications
Legal proof of tax residency

This setup is especially helpful for digital nomads and online business owners who need clean paperwork without actually relocating full-time to Bali.
