Non-US Resident Buying an Existing LLC -
To be specific I am from the Philippines and a US-resident friend of mine who I used to work for, plans to sell his existing LLC to mine. I have already decided that I prefer to buy the existing LLC instead of just the LLC's assets.
I have been considering using the services from James Baker's team to save some time. I'm just not sure how much in $$ total I would be spending. I would prefer a breakdown of cost before I proceed.
Edit: A US-resident friend who I used to work for.
