New LLC registered in Wyoming
Setting up a US bank account took time so for the last 5 months i have invoices paid by my personal expenses & received in my name (not in my LLC's name). If I was to hit the tax threshold in WY or elsewhere - will these invoices count towards business expenses & therefore be tax deductible? Ta
