Guidance Needed on Shareholder Address Verification for Wise Business Account

Hi all, I have a business account with Wise, and they are now asking to verify the shareholder's address, title, and email. The shareholder's actual address is in Pakistan, but since Wise no longer provides services in Pakistan, I’m not sure if I can use the Pakistani address for verification or if I need to provide an American address instead. Has anyone from Pakistan or any other country where Wise no longer operates resolved this issue?
