Form 1065 is it only for multi-member LLCs?
James mentions in his video that as a single-member LLC, you only need to file Form 5472 + Proforma 1120 by April 15th. (Just did this!)
It is my understanding that Form 1065 is only for multi-member LLCs. Is this accurate? Just want to make certain I don't miss anything.
