Trauma In Form is a Trauma Prevention and Intervention program. Our mission is to: work to decrease the levels of violence experienced by children and women and to also reduce the effects of trauma on children. Here you can find expert level trauma prevention practices through GIRLS SELF DEFENSE CLASSES and TRAUMA INFORMED PRACTICES TRAININGS and COACHING for Professionals. In some cases, you may be able to earn Continuing Education credits for the Trauma Informed Practices Trainings.
