Week 1 Win!
My first week as a trainee dispatcher is officially over!
My goal was to dispatch my husband (my driver) to $7,000–$10,000 this week. I didn't hit that goal, but we finished at $6,000.
Honestly, for my very first week dispatching, I'm celebrating that as a win. Every load, every challenge, and even every mistake taught me something I'll use going forward.
To everyone else who's new like me let's keep learning and improving together. We all have to start somewhere. 🚛💪
