Hi, I am Tenisha. Im becoming a dispatcher to support my husband and be his dispatcher because i don't care for how he has been treated by others in the industry. They treat him as if he's just a number not a human being with needs. I really want to emphasize how important it is that carriers should be treated with dignity and not looked at as just a money.
