Outside US / Canada Dispatchers

Hi! Can we really become an Independent Truck Dispatchers if we live outside the US and Canada? If you sign up for a phone system to use for coldcalling, their company asks for a number where they can send the OTP to verify and my country isnt included in their list plus they require a US Visa card wherein it must match your US address. Second if we sign up at 123loadboards to get access and enter our card details, they require a US or Canada address only? So if we dont get an LLC, meaning we cant get a US address. To those not living in US and Canada and having success, what do you guys do and whats the workaround to these hiccups? Thanks
