New to this but I am glad to be here

Hi my name is Danilo I would love to learn more about dispatching so I could be able to help drivers get good pay and get home everyday because I know how it's like to be on the road for days and not come home to our family I'm here to serve and please if anybody can help me show me the way how to start.
