Is Dispatching 1 Carrier enough?

Hey guys, so I am still in high school and I am planning on starting my dispatching business soon. Since I am still in school, I was thinking about dispatching just 1 carrier since I really just want to get my feet wet in the industry and my goal is not to make a crazy amount of money out the gate. My plan is to dispatch a dry van to start out. I had a couple of questions

1 - Is 1 carrier enough? Will I still be able to make decent profit?

2 - Since I have school all day, I am planning on booking the load and getting that stuff sorted out by 6/6:15 am, and I was wondering if this is possible and also how long it would likely take me to dispatch that one truck

3 - Where can I find carrier cell phone numbers or emails for cold calling? I am not sure where I can find these lists.
