Introducing myself to the community

Hi my name is Wade.

I live in Georgetown, Texas and I plan on making $6,000 per month dispatching trucks.

I want to get these 3 things from this course/community:

Real-world dispatcher experience — Look for people sharing actual loads, rates, lanes, negotiations, and problems they encounter.
Finding carriers — Learn how experienced dispatchers find legitimate owner-operators and build relationships with carriers.
Rate negotiation — Pay close attention to how dispatchers negotiate with brokers and shippers to improve rates without losing the load.
Load-board strategies — Learn how others use DAT and other load boards, especially for dry vans and Texas lanes like Dallas–San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and Laredo.
Networking and mentorship — Look for experienced dispatchers who are willing to answer questions, review your approach, and share what actually works—not just people trying to sell you another course.
