Hello everyone 👋
I’m Williams. I’ve been on my dispatch journey for a while now, and like many of you, I started by learning the basics, making mistakes, and slowly understanding how the business really works beyond just load boards.
One thing that helped me personally was having a side hustle alongside dispatching. It took off some financial pressure and allowed me to learn dispatching the right way with patience, consistency, and focus on quality service rather than rushing for quick wins.
I’m still learning every day, but I’ve seen real progress by staying consistent, asking questions, and connecting with people in communities like this. Dispatching is not easy at the beginning, but it’s definitely rewarding if you commit to the process.
