Getting insurance

, thank you guys for accepting my request to join the group.

I just turned 21 in June I got my class-A in April 2024 and now I'm trying to start my own company under my own authority by the end of 2024. My biggest obstacle is insurance I don't know how much that would cost (I live in California, LA).

I've talked to some experienced people in the industry and all of them told me that the insurance cost will be very high and I won't be able to make it but one of them told me that I can get my DOT and MC at another state such as Utah so my question is will be able to do that and operate in California or interstate I just want to know more about that. One thing I forgot to mention my credit score is over 730 and I'm buying a truck in cash
