First week learning dispatching
Dispatching isn’t scary, it’s just unfamiliar.
The first few calls/messages feel awkward because your brain is like:“Am I saying this right? Do I sound confident?”
But after a few attempts, you realize most carriers are just regular people, not judges 😅.
What helped me:
  1. Keeping it simple, no fancy words
  2. Not trying to sound like an expert
  3. Focusing on learning, not closing
Skill comes from practice, not confidence.Confidence comes after that.
If you’re new and feel uncomfortable, that means you’re actually doing the work.
Who else is in their early learning phase? 👋
