First steps

anyone have any tips as I am walking these first steps into dispatching?

i have no knowledge of dispatching and i happen to come across gurpreet video on youtube. i was curious as to how to dispatch due to my fiance` having his CDL I figured i could dispatch him eventually. We recently moved to Texas, I'm out of a job and with my free time i thought I might as well take this time to learn something new and put my spare time into a new career where it can be flexiable as i have 5 kids and need something that wont hold me down with not having enough PTO for when i have a sick kiddo.
