Woke up excited
My 19 year old daughter is an artist and after completing a one year art fundamentals diploma, she is not sure what she wants to do next. She’s dragging her feet finding a part time or full time job (the casual job she has has no shifts to give her currently).
She loves shopping and is very creative. Her room is full of un-opened cute things she has bought but doesn’t need. Maybe creating gift baskets would be a good business to start. I would love to help her with them too. I don’t want to scare her off coming at her like a freight train - which I tend to do when excited so I’ll give it some time.
Any ideas on how I could suggest this to her would be welcome. Of course, any ideas that parents have for grown children are usually met with an eye roll!
