Stead is an open-source life OS that installs once on top of Claude Code. The code is free in full, MIT, no new account beyond the Claude one you already have, and nothing phones home. What this school sells is the depth: the craft of actually running your house.
The Stead course takes you from first boot to a house that runs itself: nine modules and a bonus track, 49 lessons, built against the shipped product. Alongside the classroom there is a community of people building the same way, and a shelf of over 100 community skills to draw from.
Free members get the community, the skill shelf, the Boot Room, and Modules 0 to 1 of the classroom. Premium members get the full course at $99/month, month to month, cancel anytime.
The first 100 members join as founding members: 90 days of Premium free, in exchange for honest feedback and, if it earns one, a testimonial. When the counter hits 100, the offer is gone.
