Introduction to fitness
Here, we are going to look at what fitness is and the several key components of fitness, types of fitness.
1. WHAT IS FITNESS?:
Fitness is the condition of being physically healthy and capable of performing daily activities with energy, strength, and endurance — without feeling overly tired.
In simple terms:
Fitness = the ability to move, work, and live well — both physically and mentally.
2. TYPES OF FITNESS: There are two main types of fitness, which are:-
1. HEALTH
2. SKILL
